Great service. Amenities were great. Super comfy soft beds. Great location. Only 1 night but so good there.

Very convenient to airport and to the event we were attending. Room with a lovely view and very clean. Only one negative...the lifts were so slow taking longer than 15 minutes at times and mostly overcrowded. Otherwise it's good value and great place to stay.

Double charged for room. Need more people on reception for such a big place. Didn’t appreciate someone walking whilst having a shower as in double booking the room
