Resort was great! Your walking distance to the beach, stunning pool to relax and have a swim, and the Spa is great for proper relaxation for both woman and men!

The pool area was nice but everything else was quite average/below expectations. The room was tired and old. It felt more like a stay at a motel than a resort. The staff at the reception was quite rude when checking in, there wasn’t even water provided in the room. There was only 2 options for room service. They left two pods of coffee for the stay. We wanted a relaxing week to pamper ourselves and stay in and relax, get room service and this was not the place for this. Overall was quite disappointed to be honest.

Decent sized room, good amenities, clean and well equipped.
Short walk to beach and restaurants.
Ample parking and can take high vehicles.
Very friendly staff, great layout and plenty to do.

The property was fine.
Wotif ripped us off charging $359 for a room the hotel charged $240. The room was worth $100 at best. Small, poorly maintained, dirty, 2 single beds pushed together. We give the above ratings for our upgraded room, for which we thank the hotel staff.
Never booking with Wotif again.

Staff really help with customer service. They need to listen to customers before they make decisions. We had a few times we walked past reception without even a hello. The rooms are nice but old, we had to upgrade because the original booking was tiny. Would rather stay at Salt.

I like the property and closeness to other facilities however there was no full length mirror. Only the face mirror in the bathroom which was a bit frustrating
