The first thing that I noticed was the dirt behind the bathroom door which is an outside bathroom. So when you go for the handle it was dirty all around the door knob. I’m really not sure how a cleaner can miss it. The second problem I had was the metal on the frame of the bed as I walked around the bed my leg scraped into it. I ended up with bruise right on my knee. I did speak to reception about both problems and she did mention that she would look into it. I have stayed there before and never had a problem.

The door is getting replaced and we have ordered new bed bases for the cabins so the situation of scraping legs for future guests does not happen again. Very easy access to get to the airport. Cabin small and a dated, but very clean. Our cabin was next to the main road, so noisy until late -other cabins might be more quiet. Some aircraft noise overhead too.

Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur Hotelsarrived monday needed to spray ants monday nite, then when leaving to find my luggage and clothes full of ants! which i needed to wear home, was a big downfall, removing my clothes to shake off at airport, but still bitten during flight home, owise cabin staff and service was lovely, i feel i need some refund

Easy to find, easy to check in. Lovely staff. Very clean cabin and bathroom. Had everything I needed. Have booked for Cooly Rocks next year on checking out.

So don't worry about sleeping in
But well located

We are very popular with some guests that stay here due to the close proximity to the airport, although it can be a bit noisy when the planes are flying over. We agree that our location is great, close to beaches, shops, river, restaurants etc. Everything you need is only five minutes drive from the park. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. People on holidays shouldn't be mixed with permanent residents.
Cabins are way too close and the noise is ridiculous.

Kirsten, you were a no show on the Thursday night and you turned up at our park on the Saturday for one night. You were visibly upset that you had your dates wrong so we allowed a one night stay in a two bedroom villa where our terms are a minimum of two nights on Friday and Saturday nights. The villa that you stayed in is one of our larger villas and next to our other large villa, not in amongst the permanent residents. Your review is very harsh considering we accommodated you and your family when it was you who made an error. When booking online always double check the dates.
