Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was fine until we went to take a shower the next morning. We found we had zero water pressure to the shower and we were not able to shower. My wife washed her hair in the sink and turned our getaway for our 20 year wedding anniversary into a disappointment hotel wise. Now know I am not a person that spends little on hotels I usually stay at the Grand America while in Salt Lake City so price was not an issue. Hilton has always been good to me. Now when I brought this up to the front desk they were very unhelpful and chose to just tell me they would mention it to the manager when they came in. I hope all the guest did not have tjis same issue and get this same interaction.
