They advertise online or on your website that you can get either a king bed or two queens. The room I was in 243 was supposed to be a double Queen but they were too fools. And that should be the correct spelling because when I brought the concern up with the front desk manager she did not even know what a full size mattress was she thought every room either had Kings or Queens. The bed was very springy and uncomfortable.
I was also supposed to be in a handicap accessible bathroom with an open shower. Like it advertised online. Unfortunately this room has been upgraded to a spa type tub with jets and everything. The problem is unless you get down in the tub the shower head has not been changed out and there is no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.
One of the three nights I booked, who was very much older almost elderly who was extremely rude. As I was having trouble with the key card she kept asking me identification questions more than the norm. Wanted to know my address wanted to know my phone number wanted to know my name everything before she would give me a new key card to get in the doors.

We are currently beginning our renovations, and our rooms are apart of this, so we will be addresses these issues. In regard to the staff, I am highly disappointed to hear of the issues there. We do require a first time verification to get keys for your room to ensure we are giving you the right keys. I am still sorry for her conduct as we strive to provide the best experience possible. Was charged twice for my one night stay. The hotel is going thru renovations, painting.

Great place to stay
