When I travel to Twin Falls, I always stay at La Quinta. This time I decided to try The Quality Inn since on the pictures it looked decent. Those pictures are not good pictures. Carper is horrible in terrible need to be shampooed a few times. I opened the door and there was a funky old smell. I sprayed Lysol, opened the door and turned on the a/c. I refused to walk on the filthy carpet. The chair and ottoman looked so dirty and smelly. The maids kept making so much noise with the doors just letting them slam. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS PLACE ANY MORE! The only good note was that the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is just tired. Carpets look horrible all need replacing. Painting needed everywhere. Busy place and need more staff they were always away from the rest. Dinger bell is always needed. Breakfast employees most unhappy with their job.

Poor hot tub

It’s good for the price. It’s clean, safe, and friendly staff. I love that there was hot coffee all day! There are some things that could be better. (Stained carpet, cold pool, old outdated furniture and fixtures) Overall, a good stay. Nothing great and fancy, but it’s cheap and livable. (Stayed for 4 nights)

The staff wasn’t particularly pleasant during the check in process. I felt that the $50 that was charged for a pet to stay there was unusually high for our 11 lb. terrior mix when other hotels in this chain only have charged us $15 or $25. The carpets in the hallways and room looked stained and dirty. Our room had a couch with torn upholstery and the bedspread had a hole burned through it with a cigarette. The bathroom was clean. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The room was awful. Curtains were torn, carpet was stained really badly, and most everything was badly battered. Long, black hair in sink and on white spread. Mine is short blond. I would never have stayed but is was non refundable and I was exhausted after driving all day.
