Great hotel to stay at! We came with relatives and had a mini family reunion and the accommodations were perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist was rude and confrontational. She did not represent the property well. She scolded my grandson when we checked in that he is not allowed to use the pool without an adult present, that should have been directed to an adult not a 9 year old. Will not use this hotel in the future.

I did not like how I was respected at the front desk forcing hearing privilege and disempowerment towards a Deaf client! The person at the desk did not take the tine to write things down to communicate directly to me but forced my family members to interpret when they are not there to do the staff’s job with communication.

Love the hotel as it was very nice and clean however,....my room was 110 on 1st floor and a busy gas station was right outside the window. All night lights flashing. We went outside and you can see in the rooms!!! A homeless man slept beside the gas station that faced our window. It was very unsettling! He was there both nights and during the day had a sign to beg for money. Never experienced a worse environment. The widows only have curtains no blinds so the only option is to close off the sun and sit in the dark. Very very unsettling

I'm glad to hear you liked our hotel, If you stay with us again just ask for a room on the 2nd floor and maybe the other side of the building would work best for you.

Clean and spacious. Only problem key didnt always unlock exterior door
