There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. Compensation four our lost time (basically 1 day ) was not awarded. I don’t think we will risk our lives and stay at this establishment in the future. The empty restaurant which had “demanded” a reservation, could not accommodate a simple request of “something pasta based” for my marathoner running husband on the weekend the Grandmas Marathon was held. Nor did they have any kind of transport or suggestion of transport to the start point of the marathon. Overall a costly stay at a place that has seen better days (think late 80ies 90 Ives). Do not recommend, totally overpriced, with staff challenges)

With prime leave viewing time, room was not cleaned by check in time. Was a nice area. Poor signage and no info in room about the resort. Expected more from a resort.

So cozy feeling and peaceful. So clean and no complaint. :)

Didn’t like that there was barely a lake view and Jacuzzi didn’t work. Technician took 4 hours to arrive and another 30 mins to fix Jacuzzi and overall sluggish service. Wouldn’t recommend for the price they’re charging.

Superior Shores presents a good front but once you're there, we found they have failed to maintain their property. The employees were friendly.
