Under staffed
Sprinkler head leaking, puddle in room
Breakfast was terrible, warm food was ice cold.
Coffee and condiments were empty and no seemed to care.

We did get that sprinkler fixed and I appreciate you letting me know about breakfast! We do hope you visit in the future so we can give you a better Cobblestone expierence!

the staff was so nice and helpful and the hotel was new and well equipped with a lot of thought to what customers might like to have during their stay.

My husband found the one bed very uncomfortable. He kept rolling to the edge of the bed. He would move back to the middle but would again roll to the edge. Obviously not a good night’s sleep.

Disappointed
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHave stayed here before and had a great experience. This trip was very disappointing and staff did not help. TV broken, freezer had a frozen bug in it, pool closed, overall disappointed!

Will stay again… breakfast was okay but had to ask for toilet paper and waited two hours for it
