Amazing Property in central tybee Island!

Beautiful and Great Location

Hi Josh! Thank you for your review. We routinely have a pest control company treat all our properties. I am not a fan of bugs myself; unfortunately, we have many here in the south. Occasionally, they do make there way inside so I am glad to see that our extermination is working. I recommend coming in the colder months when most insects are dormant.

Great home close to the beach
Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay. The home was clean. The only thing outdated was the carpet and living room sofa. Both could use and update. But it was still a wonderful condo.
Whenever we had questions or needed something, the staff was very responsive. The location is centrally located and just steps from the beach, food and shops. My family enjoyed our stay. We would definitely visit again.

Nice Condo
Publié le 14 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo itself was very nice. When we arrived, the elevator didn't work so we had to carry our things up 3 flights of stairs. During our stay we had a maintenance issue within the condo and that was handled very quick and efficiently. The neighbors were a little bit loud, but overall a good stay.

Love Tybee in the fall
