THE GALLERY ROOM @ THE LIGHTHOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST represents an inviting open platform situated on the exterior of a lighthouse's watch room, historically utilized for the purpose of cleaning the windows of the lantern room. This elegantly appointed retreat boasts a luxurious and comfortable queen bed complimented by a private ensuite bathroom that features a convenient walk-in shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Nested on the second floor of the Inn, this charming retreat is perfect for couples seeking a peaceful escape. This special room offers a cozy, private queen bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower, luxurious robes, homemade soaps and lotions to pamper yourself with a focus on serenity, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. This suite was recently updated and includes a new smart tv with streaming, high-speed internet, and a mini-fridge for your use and many other amenities and concierge services. A delicious warm buffet style breakfast served Wednesday through Saturday between 8:30-10AM, Sunday Southern Brunch 10:30-12; and continental style Monday- Tuesday. Included in the room rate.
All our guests will have access to the Inn with an electronic code. The inn limits check ins to Tuesday through Saturday 3-10PM., unfortunately we cannot accomodate any early check in requests so our housekeeping staff will have access to the sleeping quarters of the Inn. After hours checkins please contact the management prior to your arrival to make arrangements. Each room has its own key. Your code to the Inn will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. Once you arrive you will receive a packet with your room key. Check out is at 10AM, please ask if a late check out is available. for an added fee. The Management of Lighthouse Inn Bed and Breakfast would like to cordially invite you to our Meet and Greet Social Wednesday through Saturday afternoon from 3:30-5PM with light hors d'oeuvres and beverages. You will meet the other guests in The Inn and make new friends.

The Lighthouse Inn Bed and Breakfast - In located in the Historic Neighborhood of Fort Screven on the North end of the 3 mile island. Ft Screven is located in mid-island, close to everything by walking, biking, golf carts or car. This section of the island, although close to everything, is also a more quiet, and more residential area. Great for families, and folks wanting a more relaxing environment. The Cottage was built in 1910 as officer's quarters for for Fort Screven. The Fort was built in 1855 to provide seacoast defense. Troops guarded Tybee Island during the. Spanish-American war, world war I and world war II. The fort closed in 1947 and the buildings were sold to the Town of Tybee.

We assist owners in managing their rental properties as well as rent properties to visitors of the island. We are a small boutique property manger that caters to both guests and owners offering a wide range of services and many amenities to our guests! We are local Tybeans (Tybee resident) since 2012. We love helping people enjoy the island and surrounding area we call home. The Lighthouse inn is located at 16 Meddin Drive. Follow Hwy 80E to Tybee Island. Make a left turn at the first traffic light, N. Campbell Ave. Turn left at the stop sign onto VanHorne and the first right onto Meddin Drive. The Lighthouse Inn Bed and Breakfast is a Quaint yellow cottage on your right. Parking is behind the inn.

Ask about our complimentary airport shuttle. Bikes are provided onsite free of charge to guests during their stay. We have golf carts available for rent, and island-wide golf cart shuttle service is available by appointment.

You're On Tybee Tyme Properties, Airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off service is available for up to 6 passengers,. One-way per pick-up time per reservation (no car seats are available). You're On Tybee Tyme, Properties, island Golf Cart Shuttle will take you around the island wherever a golf cart is permitted to go. The golf cart shuttle service is available Tuesday- Saturday from 4-11PM $5/person one-way, up to 5 passengers a prior reservation is needed. Text us to schedule your pick up time; drop off can be arranged at the time of your pick-up.
