This property is just gross. Dirty, outdated, clouded view out sliding glass door due to detiorated gas. The only positives about this place are the registration and tiki bar staff and location to the beach. I would never go here again.

I really didnt like the check in process and when I had to call about the wifi password they seemed annoyed. However, when I checked out in the morning the front desk staff were super helpful.

The property was extremely dirty. The floor was absolutely filthy. I had to wipe down with baby wipes and when brought to the front desks attention- nothing was offered other than to have house keeping come in to clean it and was given an eye roll and told that it was a beach hotel- some dirt is expected. The person who came to clean it just brought a dry mop and I was told it would work just fine. When I went behind her with a baby wipe to again show the filth on the floor she then went and got some cleaner to actually clean the floor and even then it was a subpar cleaning. We were denied early check in due to rooms still being cleaned- they clearly weren’t cleaned very well. The sheet had stains on them. Fixtures broken and visibly dirty. I emailed the general manager and received nothing back. Had I not been forced to pay at the time of booking I would have left and stayed elsewhere.
