Come unwind at Three Buoys, a beautiful beach home on North Tybee Island. This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 and is designed with comfort in mind. Indulge in the outdoors with a screened-in front porch, private pool, Weber propane grill, and more—all within walking distance to the lighthouse and the beach! The living area, with a big sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a 55-inch Smart TV, provides comfort for your entire family. A mid-century modern kitchen awaits with a four-seat kitchen island, a 6-person farm dining table, and stainless-steel appliances. There's a washer and dryer nearby for convenience.

When it's time to retire, guests can choose from 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the top floor is the primary suite with a luxurious king bed and private bathroom decorated with step-in shower and a separate jetted tub. On the first floor there is 1 guest bedroom with a king sized bed and 1 guest bedroom with two queen beds. A gorgeous screened-in front porch offers the perfect retreat for guests! Comfortable white furniture and a dining table provide places to unwind. Downstairs under the home, there is a game room, complete with white wicker furniture, a tiki bar, a flat screen TV, and a Ping-Pong Table. The star of the outdoor area is a private pool, perfect for taking a quick dip on a hot day. Complete with a sun shelf, this private pool is the highlight of an outdoor area complete with a sandy play area, Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill. Private pool is 29'x11' and 5 ft deep.

Great House
We really enjoyed this house! Great place for a group of friends or a family to stay on Tybee. The pool was such a great amenity to have given the August heat, especially with the umbrella in the shallow end. Location wise, this home is a little further from the “main strip,” but we actually quite enjoyed being just out of the busier area (still so close). The house is very well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. which is always a nice surprise when renting! Home was clean and comfortable. The only minor thing we encountered was that all the bathroom towels smelled a bit like cigarettes when we got there. We just did a big load of laundry the first night to get the smell out and it was fine after that. Not an issue with the home itself! I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.

We had a nice stay. The general communication between VRBO and Owner was confusing and some of the check-in texts were odd. Requiring an extra contract signature outside of VRBO. Not knowing who to contact was also confusing. But generally the house was great and we had no other issues!

Our New Favorite Getaway
This rental was one of the best we’ve ever rented. This was our first time to Tybee Island, we were in town for our son’s wedding and we were so pleased with our stay. The house was cute, clean, very comfortable and had everything you could want. Can we talk about that garage?! What a fun place to hangout with so many games and things to keep the family entertained. The pool area was amazing and even with a misting system for when it got really warm, we are still talking about that! We loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods, to the beach and local historic spots, we averaged about four miles each morning to start our day. We look forward to visiting Tybee again and definitely staying at Three Buoys again. Thank you for making our week perfect!

Wonderful pool on Tybee
We enjoyed our stay at Three Buoys. It’s close to several restaurants and North Beach. The pool is just the right size to hang out and relax in. The screened in areas are excellent for relaxing out of the sun. The property managers were responsive and helpful in our stay. The washing machine went out, and they provided us with extra towels and had a new machine installed before our trip ended.
