Amazing unobstructed views of the beach and perfect beach access. We had our own spiral staircase to the beach from the deck. The condo is in need of lots of upgrades/repairs as many things are older and worn. However, it was clean and bug free.

Tybee Island

Tybee Lights 108C falsely advertised that it was a 6 sleeping condo. The sofa bed was badly damaged and impossible to open for sleeping. Our 6th guest had to sleep on the couch as a couch. I know, first world problems, but I paid first world prices to have a 6 sleeping condo. I reached out to Vacasa and they offered an air mattress, but the couch seemed the better option. Then someone from Vacasa called saying they would come and take a look, but they never showed. It is a well used condo, but it had everything one would need to have a nice vacation. Tybee Island is wonderful. I will never use VRBO or Vacasa again. They make it impossible to reach anyone and they do not help when contact is made. Book with caution if you need the sofa bed.

Great location and view. Super clean.

The back deck was oceanfront and the view was amazing. Just a few steps to the beach. Everything's was very clean. Out dated cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom but didn’t effect our stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets. Would absolutely stay again!! Is on the end of town away from the busy streets so is quiet.

Think twice

Upon arrival the property was 80 degrees as the air conditioner could not keep up. The sheets were stained, a very large stain on master bedroom carpet, windows are screwed shut in master bedroom so we could not get window open, the keypad on the front door did not work which caused our check in to take almost 1 full hour, the couch is very uncomfortable, the furniture is all worn, baseboards are chipped and cobwebs throughout condo. We were very excited for our first trip to Tybee Island. Unfortunately we left Tybee Island after only one night as condition of this condo just did not allow me to relax. Host never responded to any messages sent. Very disappointed.

Dirty and dilapidated

The shag rugs are deeply stained, the kitchen sink cabinet is held together with a rubber band, the back bedroom window might fall out, the toilet seats need to be replaced, trim painted, and the outside stairs need to be fixed.

Great location, incredible beach views

Nice condo, clean and amazing ocean view and incredibly easy to walk to the shoreline. I would stay there again. If you are not good with stairs, i would not recommend.

Oceanfront Perfection!

We had a great time at this Tybee Lights condo. The views from the balcony and windows are breathtaking, and the condo was comfortable and stocked with anything we needed. We were right on the beach with easy access over the sand on marked paths or a very close wooden walkway on 2nd street. Lots of options for shopping and dining within easy and safe walking distance. I saw previous reviews mention the spiral steps off the back balcony and the sofa, I'm happy to report that a crew arrived during our stay to add additional support to the spiral steps and the sofa appeared to be brand new.
