Bon séjour à Sandcastle

La chambre était très bonne ainsi que la propreté. Proche de la plage et proximité des restaurants sur la même rue ou sur la plage à côté du pier.

Staff was amazing. Very very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been updated. We only slept and showered there. Super walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. We would stay there again.

Could have been alittle cleaner. 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth is not enough for afamily of 4. Also the room needed alittle bit of tlc.

Terrible

Room floors were so nasty, you could not walk barefoot or your feet would be black. Its a cheap motel with a high cost. Room smelled like vomit. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and saw a roach within 2 minutes of being in the room. Will not be staying here again.

My only issue was that the TV remote would not control the volume on the TV. I had just checked in and the desk clerk came to my room to check it out. Instead of moving me to another room, and there were plenty, she told me that I would have to get out of bed and adjust the volume manually. In my mind, she should have offered me another room. Not a bign deal, but strange.

Room was clean but cramped. Needs some touch ups and needs a dehumidifier. Room was damp. But all and all it was ok for a weekend get a way.

Close to the beach needs updates

Was in a good location just needs some updates , the toilet was loose from the floor and the bathroom door looks like a dog tore it apart
