Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsThis entire complex was excellent. Our unit specifically was impressively clean. Very quiet area. We enjoyed the pool(s) and the super easy beach access. Will visit again, and again!

Couch needs upgrade and carpet on floor. They both were dirty and smelled.

Won’t use Tybee Vacation Rentals again…
Posted Aug. 9, 2024 on HotelsThe AC did not work for the entire first day and a half. The room was 79 degrees. Then here came Hurricane Debby, which to us was a Tropical Storm. We asked the hotel if we left would they give a partial refund, they said no. We then asked for a future credit, again they said no. Spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude.

Property was nice and clean and easy to access beach. Property left pods for the dishwasher and a laundry detergent pack. Bed was very comfortable, actually more comfortable than my home bed. Plenty of towels and just all around great.

Needs better water pressure once you turn shower on. Outside of the buildings needs updated a lot of sagging places

The communication was off a bit in the check in process we did not know/ or understand the office is not onsite so we got a little frustrated coming off the road trying to check into the gated community. The community was quite and as clean as I think possible. The people were friendly and we had a very relaxing weekend… next time I will for sure bring groceries they dinning in the area is very limited.

First of all, I reserved a partial ocean view, but somehow received a totally different room with a wooded view. I later saw the room I reserved back on the website at a higher price than what I was offered, however, I was only charged for the wooded view room,but wasn’t told my room had changed. I don’t think housekeeping really exist. I believe it’s only left up to the guest to clean up after themselves, which was poorly done. The tub was dirty . The towels were dirty. There was a cracked eggshell left behind the refrigerator. There was a major insect problem which caused an outbreak of bumps on my kid.Residue from previous killed insects were left behind. There was a huge mean dog staying next door that barked and growled at my kid as we were simply just walking by.There were little to no street lights at night, therefore, it was super dark outside. I was having trouble getting my check in package because the address that is given for Tybee Rental Vacations pulls up as two different locations on the GPS system so my first day there it took me to the wrong address and it was extremely hard to get in contact with anyone.When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that someone would call me back to assist me with getting my gate key no one ever called me back so it took an hour or so for me to get inside the gate ,thankfully ,one of the residents let me in . Inside the condo was cute, it could’ve been cleaner. I also liked the immediate beach access

In our listings, we do our absolute best to give our valued guests an honest and accurate depiction of our property, and on our end we included pictures of this property's balcony and view displaying the parking lot. We also confirmed this with you via telephone 4 days pre- arrival. We also want to assure you that cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and had you made us aware of these issues, we would have immediately sent housekeeping to make it right. As for our gate key, we try to clarify the process of picking it up from the office as much as possible by including instructions both in your guest portal and check-in instructions. We strive to make this process simple with our dedicated Guest Services department, who would have been able to help had you reached out during business hours. We are sorry that you did not contact us during your stay to report the issues you were experiencing as we would have resolved them during your stay. We would also love to invite you back to be able to earn a higher review rating.
