Publié le 29 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was charming in a charming and a neighborhood. Convenient to the beach and to restaurants. The house itself reminded us of beach cottages. We stayed in in the 1950s.— a bit too much. The kitchen, as stipulated, was not for cooking merely for warming things up. And the interior itself could use some sprucing up. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Beware: Misrepresented, Filthy Property and Horrible Customer Service
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI recently rented this vacation rental, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The property was not clean, with visible algae growing on the outside and windows. Inside, the ceiling was falling in, there were several cracks in the walls, holes in the floor, peeling paint, and mold on the kitchen surfaces. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and I even found a dirty used razor in the trash can.
These conditions were severely misrepresented in the pictures. We ended up leaving within an hour and did not stay at the property. To make matters worse, I had to wait two hours on hold with VRBO to even get a refund for the property, and I still haven't gotten the refund. Vacasa, the property manager, does not take action, has extremely poor communication, and promises to 'have the local team' address the issue, yet they never follow up. This rental needs a lot of work and cleaning. It is definitely not worth the rate. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Publié le 3 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is Jenna Dotson we will not be staying In this rental we walked in and back out in 5 minutes.. As we entered a very damp nasty smell . There were stains on bed along with bed bugs. There will be a bad review posted as well. As well as the directions are not acceptable.

Short stay for Xmas
Publié le 25 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayDifficult time to get in as we had been given wrong info for lockbox (2 on front and 1 on back), (1.5 hours after arriving) difficulty getting assistance and internet instructions wrong - finally found on back of modem. Once in we appreciated location for grandson to play in park - recommend moving TV close to couch!

Good for a short trip.
Publié le 7 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location was good, less than 2 miles from the beach. For the price, everything was just okay. When we did our first walk through, the shower has a hole in it, the stove is not level, the curtains are see through and the bathroom curtains have large holes in them that someone covered up with toilet paper and there may have been mold around the windows. The floors need a really good deep clean.
