Didn't get what I paid for ( or running water).
This hotel is a very nice place to stay. It's quiet, clean, and has very comfortable beds. However, last night I booked a room there (online) with a jetted tub, specifically for the jetted tub. When I checked in I was informed that the jets didn't work. Which means I paid extra for nothing but a larger tub. Although it wasn't what I paid for, I tried to make the best of it. Then when I woke up this morning and was going to get ready to leave, I quickly discovered that there was no water and was informed it would be off for at least another hour. So, I had to get ready( brush my teeth, etc.) without any water. No one even offered any form of compensation for me not getting a jetted tub or for doing without waster this morning. Very disappointed.

This is the worse Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. Our room was musty smelling and unclean. The bathroom was awful!! Mold in the shower. The shower head didn’t work, it wouldn’t stay on the holder so you have to continuously hold it. We will never stay at this hotel again!

The public areas are well taken care of and the rooms are lower standard for a Holiday Inn. The couch was second hand recycle at best. The carpet needs replacement Badly. But Breakfast was excellent.
