Birthday get away

We was wanting to get away and go camping, even for just 1 night, so a cabin was the best choice. We were very comfortable, the hosts were very polite. Yes we probably will go back.

Quick get away.

My wife and I enjoyed our quick get away from the city. Cabin had all the amenities we needed and some extras. We will be returning in the future with our children for another get away. Really enjoyed our stay!

Not clean

The cabin is quaint. The room was dirty! Looked like the sheets had blood stains! The shower looked like someone had just used it! There was trash on and under the night stands! Bed is so uncomfortable. We barely slept! We will not be coming back. I reached out about the cabin being dirty and never heard from anyone! Not a let me fix it or a sorry. Would not recommend

This was an embarrassing, unfortunate, incident. My cleaning team did not clean this cabin, even though I had assigned it a priority to be cleaned. They are no longer working here. The guests checked in late in the evening and sent me one text about the cabin. I did not see the text until the next morning. The guests did not call me (several phone numbers are listed in their reservation and in the cabin info book), nor did the guests come down to the ranch HQ, a short distance away, to find someone to help them. Despite being unhappy with the cabin, the guests chose to spend the night in the cabin anyway, and then filed a public complaint afterwards. Had I known about the issue, I would have come and cleaned the cabin myself, and I would have offered the guests one of our more upscale cabins at no charge. The guests were not charged for their stay, and I also offered them a complimentary stay at a future date. We made a mistake, but we have taken action to correct it. The positive revues we have received over the years are an overwhelming testimony to our good customer service.

Rustic Cabin

The cabin is rustic, cozy with modern touches. The property is so beautiful. Very close to Tyler State Park.

Quiet and relaxing

We needed a quiet getaway. This property was perfect. The screened in porch was a great place to relax. The trails in the trees were beautiful. Very laid back and refreshing.
