The place could do much better

The yard was dirty and seems like the place is not well maintained because our bathroom light was not working, bathroom windows couldn't completely close and handles we broken. We couldn't swipe because the internet was not paid. We had to go out late to withdraw cash.
It would be better if owner could just rectify this minor hiccups.
