Apartamento muito bom, localização boa, condominio super tranquilo, apenas alguns pontos que poderia ser melhoradas tipo o sofá da sala que está totalmente desconfortável em virtude das espumas ja perderem a ação e a limpeza que na nossa estadia deixou um pouco a desejar especialmente na pia do banheiro (conforme fotos enviadas ao proprietário).No geral, nada que nos atrapalhou a nossa estadia, recomendamos.limpeza

Prédio e apartamento lindo e novo

Amei o prédio, apartamento super lindo, localização boa para sair a pé a noite e do lado da rodovia para ir a outras praias de carro, uma pena o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando quando estávamos lá. Nossa vaga do ap era pequena para a caminhote mas mesmo assim foram atenciosos para encontrar uma que pudéssemos estacionar! Enfim, tudo legal, voltaria la novamente :)

Apartamento bem legal, a churrasqueira faz a diferença, ar condicionado novo, ventiladores de teto. Necessita apenas de um sofá melhor, e mais utensílios de cozinha como bacias e potes. No geral recomendo, pessoal de portaria prestativo e o proprietário atencioso, responde rápido.

Boa estadia

Boa estadia, tivemos alguns pequenos contratempos, porém nada que prejudicasse o lazer, proprietário sempre atento ao whatsapp e respondia rápido todas as dúvidas. O único ponto baixo é a vaga do estacionamento, necessita boa destreza e algumas manobras, mas o porteiro foi solícito e nos disponibilizou uma vaga que não estava sendo ocupada.
