First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do.

Carol is great host, the staff are on point with everything you may need, this place is a hidden paradise with all you need, jungle feeling with luxury settings, you need to visit this place

Absolutely wonderful Villa and loved the location - outside of the noisy Ubud centre but close enough for the free shuttle service.
The staff made our stay memorable. Very friendly and helpful.

Staff were very accommodating
Went the extra mile to make our stay special
They even put up a Christmas tree with gifts for the kids and made extra efforts to prevent mosquito around our villa

ウブドの自然の中にある素敵なホテルでした。
現地料理に子供が飽きてきたところで台湾料理もリーズナブルでおいしく、素晴らしかったです。
今回はヌサドゥア3泊、ウブド2泊でしたが今度は最初からウブドにずっと泊まりたいです。

Booked top 2 bed villa but bathrooms were open to outdoors. Had to deal with 2 geckos!
