Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. Staff delivered welcome drink and fruits to the villa when we arrived and also delivered breakfast to the villa in the morning. Since the Villa is located at the end it is very quite and we can lock the gate to the villa. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to use the full facility since we were out most of the time.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The pool area only had 3 spots to sit at and they were close together so sit was a little weird when someone else would join. I had eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I wasn’t a fan of their washroom, light was dim and the shower was just open in the room, also the tiles of the floor looked a little gross. Other than the bathroom though I found the room to be clean and in good order!

Extremely disappointed. First night arrived I had 2 rats running around my villa. They didn’t see any problems. I am terrified of mice and rats and I can’t help my phobia. After so much trying and a mental break down. They moved me to another room which is much cheaper. I’m still fighting to get my money back for the price difference. They are denying a refund despite the room I moved to due to the RATS experience is nearly half the price. Theyre also lying about having a spa. There’s no spa in this property.
In the current room, it is disgusting. Requested change of bedsheets twice with no response. Arrived to find a red stain on the sheet and I am literally having ants crawling on the bed. Filthy place.
By the way Expedia was not able to refund my money of room difference. Hotel denied the refund.

Bra hotell något slitet
Publié le 21 août 2019 sur HotelsBra hotell med trevlig personal. Vårt rum var rätt sletet tyvärr. Hotellet ligger lite avsides, dom erbjuder dock gratis shuttle in till markets etc.
