Très belle expérience
Publié le 5 mars 2016 sur HotelsPersonnel très disponible. Petit déjeuner à la carte mais pas beaucoup de choix. L hôtel met à disposition un portable qui vous permet de profiter gratuitement d un chauffeur pour vos déplacements à ubud.

Quality property in a quiet location. Staff are very helpful and provide a drop off\pickup service in the Ubud area.

テレビは、映らないし キッチンのガスは漏れるトラブルもあり、ガスの交換もすぐにしてもらえず、スタッフ対応が良くないです。

Must book villa!
Publié le 14 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaWe stayed at Motama for 10 days and it was the perfect location for the holiday we were after. Less than 5 minutes walk to Yoga Barn, endless restaurants and a Coco supermarket.
If you don't feel like walking, or needed to be picked up from any location, a free private car can be arranged by simply calling on the mobile phone provided to you at check in.
The villa itself was fantastic - I have no complaints. Our villa partially faced another hotel but this didn't affect our privacy at all. The pool was fresh water - or very low levels of chlorine - it was so refreshing and it felt like you were swimming in a lake. Such a highlight!
The bedroom & bathroom was spacious and I loved how the living area/kitchenette was set in a protected outdoor area. We made most of the daylight hours by the pool - on one occasion, we didn't leave the villa for a day, it was so nice to just relax.
The daily breakfast choices were delicious and easily made to be vegetarian/vegan; The juices are all freshly made.
The staff were absolutely lovely - Gde and his team made you feel very welcome and every request was quickly executed. Language was not a barrier, their English was better than my Indonesian, so I'm thankful for their efforts. All the personal touches by the team made the stay special, such as checking in at the villa - there is no formal reception - so you can directly ask questions about your room upon arrival and through to an evening turn-down service, where pj's were provided.

小さい子供がいても 気軽に 泊まりに行ける場所です。 買い物する時 食事する時は 車で送迎してくれるので心配ありません。

Contre : The food at Motama could be improved as it wasn't very nice.
Emplacement : Location was a bit out of town area but they dropped you off and picked you up.
Pleasant stay service was good food wasn't location secluded

Publié le 18 janv. 2017 sur HotelsUnderbar villa med egen pool och utsikt över risfältet. Bra service och artig personal. Det ligger lite utanför centrum men hotellet erbjuder gratis taxi i närområdet. Annars kunde man lätt vandra in till huvudgatan på 15-20 minuter.
Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!

Great place for relaxing, no complaints whatsoever...
Not in Ubud town center, but that was a known issue when making the booking. To overcome this the staff also offers free transportations to & from Ubud.
We had one of the two villas, where the infinity pool is overlooking the rice paddy... rare extra for a villa.
