Bring your own towel.

I can’t believe that this people don’t put more effort on providing decent towels. We had the most dirty and disgusting towels ever.

The room was spacious with a king bed and very modern. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The breakfast was hit or miss but provided many options. My only suggestion is that this hotel is on the outskirts of the main road. If you do not want to walk, this is not the place for you. They also burn trash across the street, I dont understand why they are not aware this is not a good thing.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staffs were also friendly and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Their breakfast was amazing too. The area was also perfect for evening walks with variety food to choose from. We had good experience overall. The only issue was that we could hear everything from rooms next door.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.
