Hôtel de qualité

Hôtel et service exeptionnel. Du début jusque la fin de notre séjour tout à été parfait. L'hotel est très confortable et propre. Le petit dejeuner est très varié et très bon. Les employés sont à votre écoute et très souriant et serviable.

Parfait

Nous avions pris une villa avec piscine. Tout était parfait sauf deux matins où il y avait un soucis (vite réglé) d’eau chaude à la douche. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Excellents petits déjeuners. Seul reproche : un peu excentré d’ubud (mais donc aussi plus au calme)

Et dejligt resort med en fantastisk restaurant

Et dejligt sted. Vi blev opgradet til en villa med egen pool. De har shuttelbus til Ubud. Men det er meget trafik, så det tager ml. 30-55 min. At komme ind til Ubud. Der er ikke meget i nærheden at se ellers. Men dejlig mad og dejligt hotel med en god service😘

Had a relaxing time staying at The Garcia Ubud if you're looking for a peaceful stay as it is not exactly near Ubud central, but the hotel does offer free shuttle service to go to the center. Room is not too soundproof, you can hear people dragging the chairs or opening the doors from left, right and upper floor, but not to the extent that you can hear people from the next rooms talking. Amenities in the room was amazing, love the smell of the coralieskin. We got the Pool Access room which is great, a little bit of downside is the weather is quite cold because of the strong wind and the sun does not really shine over the pool. Gym at the property is also quite small with just basic equipment (dumbbells, a rower, treadmill and a stepper machine), but they do offer free morning yoga activity if you are looking to stay active during your stay. Staffs are very nice and friendly, from the front desk agent to the restaurant. The front desk agent explained everything very thoroughly and detailed when we were checking in, restaurant staff also very attentive and ensure we had everything we need and enjoyed the meals. Before staying at this property, I have read all the reviews where most guests mentioned about the food in their restaurant and I could confirm that they do not overrate it. Food and drinks are "out of this world" as my partner commented. All meals are delicious, the tea selection and flavors is amazing.
