Publié le 4 oct. 2014 sur HotelsCadre agreable, personnel accueillant, restauration de qualite mais formule du petit dejeuner a revoir. Confort moyen (portes, stores a revoir) acces a l'hotel decevant. Cependant situation et jardins tres reposants.

Bruyant, mais personnel très acceuillant
Publié le 30 août 2011 sur HotelsNous avions une suite "veranda". Très belle chambre avec un grand lit central et un balcon privatif où l'on prend le petit déjeuner. Le problème c'est le bruit de la basse coure attenante à l'hotel qui écourte les nuits (cri du coq à 5h du matin). L'hotel n'est pas au centre d'Ubud, mais propose des navettes et dispose de scooters en location. Le personnel est très arrangeant et serviable.
En résumé : hotel sympa, mais bruyant le matin.

This hotel needs some major maintenance, we understand that the conditions in Ubud make it difficult with the humidity but the hotel looks like it hasn't had anything done to maintain it since it was built. Having said that there was plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. Pool and villas need updating.

Off the beaten path with gorgeous garden views
Publié le 25 sept. 2017 sur HotelsIt's off the beaten path from the usual villas near the City Centre, Ubud Palace, and Monkey Forest. The grounds with extensive gardens is what I was most fond of, with a close second is the lovely swimming pool. I spent plenty of time swimming in the pool while soaking in the beauty of the gardens. I also spent time just sitting in the outdoor living room outside of my room just staring at the garden. Breakfast was also spent just soaking in the quiet and beautiful views.
I wasn't a fan of the amenities in the rooms. The TV is old with limited channels. The bathroom could use some renovations. The bedding (including pillows) had this fucky smell of sweat and massage oils.
I loved the eateries nearby from Juno's (love their fruit bowls and smoothies), Warang Alami (Japanese deli), and Alchemy. I didn't have much desire to check out the crazy busy tourist spots in Ubud and preferred the low-key energy of the neighborhood.
The staff were friendly and always available. I was able to book a massage within minutes. I befriended one of their staff (Baruk) who took me around Ubud on his motorbike. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of.
The oddness of the bed room could've been a deal breaker for me but the friendly staff and beautiful grounds heavily outweighed it.

Lovely hotel, good location, excellent service
Publié le 29 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaHotel is very nice and very clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Location is just outside Ubud center, so no traffic noise, and walking distance to the center (15-20 minute walk).

Pretty but disappointing
Publié le 9 oct. 2016 sur HotelsThe hotel looked lovely, very peaceful however it was very run down and the room needed a good clean, there was an infestation of bugs that looked like cotton fluff. The pool was murky. Disappointing as it really is a great setting in a good spot.

Thank you for your feedback,regard the pool yes that true because we have a problem with the machine and we working hard to fixed the problem because the spare part of the pool machine was limited.
We are apologize for your inconvenience during your stay, we are promise to be provide facilities in the right propose special for pool.
But to day the pool was already coming back and can be use in 100% good condition
