Bathrooms could be better maintained and cleaner. Otherwise everything else was okay. And the staff was excellent, the people working there are fantastic! And extremely friendly and helpful.

A good option for Udaipur
Publié le 1 nov. 2023 sur HotelsWelcoming and hospitable staff, comfortable room, decent location. Parts of the hotel are under renovation but that did not impact us personally in our room. The lake view is overstated but the rooftop restaurant has a nice vista. About a 10-15 minute walk or a short cab/rickshaw to the centre of town.

Hotels description is very deceptive on line. It’s no where near lake pichola. You have to go to the roof top to look at the view. Property was dirty and disrepair. Location was in a very run down area with bad stench. Choice of food at breakfast was also very limited.

Beautiful and artistic decorations throughout the hotel. The location is great and has the potential to be a top rated hotel. The staff very efficient and friendly particularly at the reception area. Good food however they need to finish the refurbishment to make it a great small hotel.

The staff is very pleasant. Mannu at the front desk is always smiling and welcoming. Every employee of this hotel is excellent.

The hotel is very beautiful from inside as it is a heritage property (Haveli) - the staff is very friendly right from the reception to the room service to the restaurant. The roof-top restaurant is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean and the decorations inside the hotel and room are very tasteful.
Only downside is that the hotel is on the street so there is some road noise.
Overall, a very good hotel to stay and a very friendly and helpful staff.
