The room was almost like a suite - very large and spacious. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and above all the location was very central and easy to get to from any where. Really had a wonderful stay.

To be frank in pictures it looked more pleasing than in reality .
Expensive
Few drawbacks we faced
Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each
Lockers not working in both rooms
Towels were of poor quality
Sliding door in one of the bathrooms was missing
Didn’t try rooftop restaurant but have daily live music
Didn’t try roof top pool

Overall very decent and beautiful hotel in budget. Food was good too but could use a few improvements in terms of food presentation and upkeep of the hotel. Otherwise very nice location in terms of distance to tourist sites and beautiful view!

We booked the hotel from 27-01-2020 To 2-03-2021
We arrived at the hotel and the staff member informed us that they cancelled our booking because we did not attend there call they automatically cancel our booking which is very very terrible we then asked if they could give us another room then he advised sorry we have no occupancy or rooms available We had heavy bags and then they start selling us another room at one of their other locations which we never wanted we asked if we could use their wifi to book another hotel since they cancel the booking without our consent the. They said we don’t have wifi for guest and we only have visitor wifi
DO NOT Book this hotel they will mess up your plans without your permission which is not good
