Awful Gaj Vilas

So we turned up and presented out booking. "There is a problem, sir". We booked for three nights and was told we could only have a different room, at higher cost, for two nights. They offered to source different accommodation but didn't. The place we found for our third night was cheaper and all round better value. Gaj Vilas was relatively expensive, noisy, the bed was hard and there was no hot water. However, the "sorry sir, your unrefundable booking is worthless but we will charge you more for another room and force you to move elsewhere" was very bad indeed.
