Publié le 23 janv. 2020 sur Hotelshe rooms are large, well furnished, cool A/C, TV, good WiFi and very clean as well as the bathroom.
The location can not be better. Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace.
The staff was very nice and friendly, specially the manager always helping with my requests. Highly recommended.

Publié le 15 nov. 2018 sur HotelsΦτάσαμε νωρίτερα στο ξενοδοχείο. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν και μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 10. Τα σεντόνια δεν είχαν αλλαχτεί και η μια μαξιλαροθήκη ήταν κομμένη. Ζητήσαμε να μας τα αλλάξουν και έγινε άμεσα. Το δωμάτιο μέτριο. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Η σύνδεση του WiFI ελλιπής. Δεν αποτελεί την καλύτερη επιλογή μιας και ήταν λίγο ακριβή η τιμή του. Η εξυπηρέτηση κάποιες φορές άμεση κάποιες φορές θα έλεγα πάνω από 30 λεπτά. Μεγάλο πρόβλημα η ελλιπής γνώση των Αγγλικών.

Publié le 5 janv. 2017 sur ExpediaEverything was okay until we reached the hotel after a long 8 hours of drive to the hotel. The staff at front desk didn't knew or couldn't trace our booking for about 30 min. Finally once we checked in to our room and I asked for the wifi password. They said, you'll have to come to the ground floor to access wifi. It was my first experience with any hotel that I can't access wifi from my room.
Adding to that, the staff was rude to explain things and a lot of back and forth for basic documentation.

1. Due to technical error our team unable to retrieve voucher from Expedia that was a technical error between our software and Expedia that was sorted out as we had this information from our front office team.
2. About Wifi, Earlier when you had check in we were giving only at public area but when you informed us we did our entire property wifi enabled
3. Our staff always keep guest happy while their stay, front office team's intention was not to hurt you he was trying to give you procedure to get your device get enabled wifi in public areas
