Property is new and located in good area. Restaurant is not available in the same property but in their sister property which is at walking distance of 2 mins. Room service is too slow due to lack of staff. The internal telephones do not work most of the time so a guest has to go down to the reception to ask for anything. Some requests are complied and some are not. We asked for room cleaning on second day but the room was not cleaned. We asked for hot milk for our kid but it took more than 45 mins and we had to cancel our order.

No cleanliness , stains on pillow and bedsheets.
Telephone was not working , wifi was not working.
