Nice stay

Publié le 8 nov. 2015 sur Hotels
The hotel is really pretty and the rooms are nice. Location is ok - only a 5min auto-rickshaw ride into the centre of Udaipur. The food was really nice. We had an issue with the room we booked - we'd booked for 3 people and they did not actually have triple rooms. They initially gave us two rooms which was great, but then came back 1 hour later and said they'd need the second room back! They offered a mattress for the floor for the third person which was not satisfactory at all. The owner just constantly argued with us until he gave in and gave us the two rooms. Not a good first impression and this hotel has some way to go with their customer service & keeping people happy and making them feel welcome. Otherwise found all other staff polite and friendly. A little bit much staring from some of them which made a me a little uncomfortable!
