Worst stay experience…By The Park is just a DECEIT

The hotel claims to be 4star-as told to us by the Duty Manager. However- 1.) Does not provide 24x7 hot water… you have to tell them to start the hot water system and wait…then you have to waste at least one bucket full of water before you have running hot water…Eco-friendly just by show…glass bottles no plastic bottles, play card to be put on pillow to avoid bed cover change..etc.. just pure show to be eco-friendly 2.) Even during winter time they have no facility for room heating. Our room was very cold and this we realized on the second day when we opened the curtains and found that the windows were open letting the cold air in… an overlook from our end maybe.. but the bigger issue is security and safety lapse from hotel management who had a complete overlook on this important point. 3.) When asked for a simple bottle opener… they did not have one. 4.) When we arrived for check in there were no lobby boys or porters available to help carry heavy bags… old persons be careful. 5.) In buffet breakfast you have repeat menu. So for longer stay you will soon be bored as there would be less variety rotation. 6.) A four star hotel with limited menu… and that too only veg. 7.) They claim valet parking… did not see any such facility… you have to park your car outside the hotel boundary… 8.) They claim luggage storage… but we found our luggage lying in open till evening. In short you will find much better hotels in Udaipur with good views and facilities and at a better rate.

The front desk staff did not know what they were doing. They could not even find my reservation. Check in took over an hour. It was the middle of May and the AC wasn’t even on!!! The restaurant staff was great. The food was great. The cleaning staff was good. The front desk could not even accept my international card for payment, even though the reservation was done internationally

Overnattet for en natt. Grei hotell for en barnefamilie.Valuta for pengene. Store rom. Litt mye mygg og insekter i restauranten. Hyggelig betjening.

Needs improvement

I stayed in a suite. 1. Leaking taps 2. No stool in the room 3. No seperste extra bed sheet provided 3. Who cares kind of attitude. 4. Very high restaurant rates. 5. Some idiot was knocking the door in the midnight. 6. Unsafe 3rd floor with no attendant

Food quality as well as rooms are really excellant

Stay at Q Hotel was really amazing. Mainly attitude of staff was excellant and helped us a lot.
