Remote Glamping
Publié le 23 mars 2019 sur HotelsWe stayed here as a stop-off between driving. As described, it is a quiet place to relax away from the constant beeping from tuk tuks, cars and bikes. Activities are available - we took the option to kayak.
The food, whilst good, needed to be warmer. Every meal was tepid in temperature.
As it was out-of-season, there was only us and one other pair here. I can imagine this being a good place when more people are around.
The "rooms" can be best described as glamping - big "tent" with A/C and plumbed toliet / shower.
Once the area goes dark there isn't much to do, hence the comment above about more people......

Publié le 2 nov. 2018 sur Hotels文字通り素晴らしい自然に恵まれた良い宿でした。スタッフの心遣いにも満足。家庭的な食事と清潔な部屋、何よりも広いテラスでゆっくりお茶を楽しみながら、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。１２年に一度咲く青い花をみに行きましたが、茶畑が連なるのどかな風景を見ながらナショナルパークまで行きました。アユールベーダのマッサージも近所にあるらしく、次回もぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

A must stay
Publié le 25 août 2015 sur HotelsBeautiful place in the middle of nowhere. Extremely hospitable staff, amazing food. Only thing was the room was damp but that could just be because of the location in the middle of the forrest. I would absolutely stay there again!

Pour : The location was why we chose it and it lived up to expectations. The service was excellent, the best we experienced on this trip.
Contre : It would be nice if the restaurant were licensed for beer and wine.
Emplacement : The hotel was about half an hour's autorickshaw ride from Munnar. The tea growing hills around Munnar are spectacular as is the National Park.
Quiet, comfortable beautiful room with a balcony, good food, fantastic service. Even the rain couldn't spoil our most enjoyable experience here.
