I booked a room for 3.. Expedia website showed option of under 18 as kids.. One of my daughter is 15 so I chose 2 adult and 1 child. At the time of check-in hotel informed that I shall have to pay for extra bed. I had no choice but to accept. We kept our baggage and went out. When we returned in the evening we found a cockroach in the room. It was promptly removed by hotel staff. After about an hour the hotel offered to change our room. However, I was not keen on picking up all the stuff and moving to another room. After the cockroach episode they informed to waive-off the extra bed charges. When the hotel lists the property on a website the terms and condition should be clear. When the guest reaches the hotel he should not be subjected to such surprises.

Expected better from an ITC 3-star hotel!
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HotelsBathroom not in good condition and needs remodeling; very narrow shower stall even for a person of average build; dirty shower stall walls and flooring; dirty and stained shower curtain; old and discolored bathroom towels (off white and not fresh smelling).
Did not have breakfast even though it was included in the room tariff. So cannot comment about the food quality; bedroom was clean and comfortable; internet service was good; prefer branded water bottle in the room instead of the bottled mineral water (source and quality is dubious).
Expected better quality from an ITC 3-star hotel for the room tariff. Bathroom and towels were atrocious!
We stayed for one night only; did not have opportunity to check out the dining services and fitness room. Hotel location is good. The rooms need to be remodeled and maintained well to justify the lofty 3-star tariff!

Much improved
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel has recently renovated and it is an incredible improvement. The food was excellent and staff very helpful. The addition of a gym is nice but there is not a single chair or table or umbrella at the pool making it almost unusable.
