Publié le 4 janv. 2020 sur HotelsHorrible staff, did not honor the booking, the booking was for standard romm with a twin bed, they said the booking was for single bed and charged 1300 extra. Food and cleanliness the less spoken the better. Arrogant, staff.

Located close to Manipal and other amenities are close by.

Overall, good experience. Everything was nearby. Room spacious and clean.

Negative: No iron, or laundry service early morning before 9 am. Room was booked and charged for 3 persons, but no cover ( blanket) was available inspite of requesting several times. Room service for morning tea arrived later than 45 mins after asking 3 times.
Positive: Reception staff were very corporative.
