Not Sound Proofed?

Couldnt watch TV past level 7 without noise complaint? Does this mean its not sound proofed? Could not hear dialog as well. It was not as enjoyable/comfortable a visit. Good thing it was just one night. But Staff was very nice about it and Great stay overall.

The price was good for a quick overnight trip that I need to take. It was easy to register and it was convenient right off the highway.
