Less than a star.
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWorst hotel experience. Non smoking rm freaked like years of smoke. My son's asthma flared up. Sticky yellow sap on ceiling and walls, leaking tub facet and likely blood in tub. Kids said someone was probably murdered. Area does not feel safe with shady people around. We didn’t stay more than 7hrs and left promptly at 6:30 with no sleep.

Not very helpful
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe reserved a room for three adults. We were surprised to find a sofa bed, so it daughter didn't have to sleep on the air mattress we brought. When we called the desk to ask for bed linens the front desk employee was confused because that room is only for 2 people and he doesn't have anything for the sofa bed. We said if it is only for 2 why is there a sofa bed at all, he had no logical response. I can't believe he wouldn't give us a sheet, blanket, and pillow. It really isn't that complicated. The sofa bed is there so they should be able to provide linens. Even if he just gave her a queen flat sheet and said it might not fit. That would have been fine, instead he told my wife he couldn't help us at all with their soda bed. I think it wasn't convenient for him and so he couldn't be bothered to do the tiny bit of extra work. Service should be better than that
