Nice and reasonable

very convenient location with few restaurants and shop. staff are friendly and quick. room was spacious and comfortable

잘못된 호텔요금 청구로 여행후 불쾌함이 남음
Publié le 15 août 2018 sur Hotels숙박 체크아웃시 결제가 되지 않았다며 다시 호텔에서 결제할 것을 요청받았습니다.
이미 돈을 지불했다고 했지만 계속 다시 결제할 것을 요청했고
카드결제 시스템에 문제가 생겼는가 싶어서 다시 결제했습니다.
이번달 카드요금 청구서를 보니 호텔스닷컴에서 한번, 호텔에서 두번 결제된 것을 발견했네요.
호텔숙박 자체는 굉장히 마음에 들었지만 굉장히 불쾌한 경험입니다.
다시 몽골에 가게된다면 이 호텔을 선택하지 않을 것 같습니다.
