Excellente situation et très bonnes prestations
Publié le 30 mai 2016 sur HotelsSéjour au 20ème étage qui nous donnait droit au lounge du 23ème avec petit déjeuner sur mesure, thé et café et gourmandises en début d'après midi, et happy hour avec toasts salés et sucrés entre 17h30 et 18h30, le tout à volonté et gratuit. Très bon accueil, hôtel très propre, grande chambre, lit réellement king size. Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Pour autant cela reste un hôtel de chaîne (best western) sans caractère intimiste. Personnel efficace et rapide.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was clean, spacious with a lovely view of the square. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and were exceptionally professional.

Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOrmai sono anni che alloggio in questo hotel. La posizione è ottima per i ristoranti e negozi. Ultimamente l’hotel è invecchiato parecchio e necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento radicale.
C’è sempre difficoltà con gli ascensori che non sono sufficienti per il numero di ospiti, causando di conseguenza lunghe attese per salire nei piani. Anche la colazione ha la stessa trafila, ristorante vecchio con pochi posti e tanta coda. Peccato perché ci sono sempre andato, ma è ora che cambi per qualcosa di più efficiente ed attuale.
