The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. About the Recepcion, our Check Out was quick and the boy was very gentle. But the Check In was not good because the woman in the Recepcion was not welcoming, not even a smile or a Good Afternoon, just orders and nuisance face.

I left my iwatch. Device location showed me theirs. But they didn’t give me back.

First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel.Secondly, after your check out we got a call about a watch left behind and we checked our Lost and Found items and found your watch. Our reception called Mongolian G- Mobile number which starts 9808.Since no one came to collect this watch, it is still in our Lost and Found Storage. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, it is regretful that you wrote false information.

受付でプールは21時までと言われたが、行ったら20時までだった。日曜日は20時までとのこと。 2名で宿泊したがアメニティが1つだったり2つだったり、欠けているものがあった。 お風呂は赤サビは出なかったが、栓がないので湯船には入れず。 ただ前回も今回も湯船には髪の毛がたくさん落ちていて、清掃は期待できない。 この金額でこれか、と思う。 プールやサウナ、ジムの施設は良いが、タオルは聞かないとわからないところに隠されていたらスタッフから声もかけられず不親切。
