Excellent hôtel avec un confort hors normes. le personnel est très serviable et la restauration au top. Notamment le restaurant japonais qui sert du bœuf Wagyu. TOP!

飛行機が遅れ、深夜の3時過ぎにホテルに到着しましたが、問題なくチェックイン出来ました。チェックアウトも、早朝5時でしたが、問題ありませんでした。朝食はつけませんでしたが、1泊目の朝食をサービスしてくれました。オムレツが美味しかったです。テレビもロシアの番組が見れて良かったです。

Great Service, Breakfast is fantastic and the various amenities and mix of restaurants helps with variety. The Lundry service is phenomenal. There was nothing I can think of that lacked in this experience. I was there for 8 days, and it was delightful.

The Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a solid place to stay. It is one of two five star hotels in Ulaanbaatar, the other being the ShangriLa whose room rates are more than double the price. The Kempinski rooms are old fashioned, but they are large, clean, very functional and the king size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also nice and included a Japanese washlet type toilet. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was outstanding with lots of food choices. Front desk was super helpful and accomodating. Finally, the Japanese sushi restaurant on the second floor was very good! I highly recommend this hotel.
