My flight arrived early in the morning and I was able to get an airport pickup and check in early. I also scheduled a full day of tours directly with them! While it was a bit chilly, Mongolia is absolutely beautiful. They made everything so easy!

I don't recommend it
Publié le 31 août 2019 sur HotelsI told him I'd check in late. But when I arrived, the host was sleeping and not properly booked. There was no proper service. I never recommend it, including service, cleanliness.

Would not recommend
Publié le 10 juill. 2019 sur HotelsI arrived very late to the guesthouse and no one had even expected my arrival, even though I had booked a room online a week before hand. I was taken to a separate building where they didn't have the two person room I booked. After a while of hauling my things up 4 flights of stairs without help from the people who worked there they told me I was at the wrong place. I know for a fact I was at the right guesthouse before they took me to the other building and put me in a different guesthouse room. They said it wasn't okay though, they were partner businesses, but they said I needed to repay. I showed my online receipt that I had paid but they asked me to to pay again anyway because "it didn't process". I refused to pay again. They next day a different girl questioned me about the room I was put in and again told me I needed to pay to stay. I kept telling her I paid and I showed my receipts but she's didn't understand and kept saying I needed to pay. This whole time no one even asked me my name or checked anything on their side to see that I had reserved and paid a week before.
