BiJ's is a delightful cottage with two bedrooms, located in the serene suburb of Lake Conjola on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. This charming retreat evokes a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of carefree childhood holidays. Positioned conveniently, the cottage is a leisurely 200-meter stroll away from the lake, where you can enjoy a variety of water activities like fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The beach is also easily accessible, just a 500-meter walk away.

The owners of BiJ's have taken meticulous care to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The cottage boasts an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning for added convenience. The main bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this quaint accommodation provides a serene setting for a tranquil getaway.

Lake Conjola itself is a stunning coastal waterway, perfect for engaging in various aquatic adventures. Visitors can enjoy a range of water sports, including fishing, kayaking, waterskiing, and wakeboarding. For avid cyclists, the area presents exhilarating trails that meander through Conjola National Park on the northern side of the lake.

Surfers will be thrilled to discover the long rides available at Green Island, situated at the mouth of the lake just below Cunjurong Point. On the southern side of the lake, you'll find a village named after the glistening waterway itself. Should you wish to explore the lake further, boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards can be rented from Lake Conjola Post Office Store.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towels.

This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi. 

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.   

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. 
  
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited. 

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.  

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great stay
The property is little old gem. We went down for a fishing competition and is walking distance to the beach and river. This was the first time we have stayed at this particular place and will definitely be staying here again. Perfect for what we needed. Thanks

Great location to beach
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and local store. Some feedback for the owner would be considering placing flyscreens on the windows and check in time of 4pm was a bit late. The back door screen door didn't close either. Other than that, the location, cleanliness of the house was great! Will book again. Many thanks

Pet friendly accomodation is so hard to find
The property was cute and in a great location. Walking distance to everything, and only a short drive to the Bowling club for a local feed. The property didn't exactly match the online listing, and there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the linen service (the beds were not made, and when we located the linen it was wet - the property manager was very helpful when contacted and we were compensated for this, but it was still disappointing). Travelling with a dog limits your options when looking for accomodation, so we were grateful that this place existed and had a great yard for our guy to hang out in. It is a corner property, and there are lots of wallabies/roos around, but we were happy with the fencing.

Compact but comfy cottage
The cottage is a bit smaller than the photos suggest, and it’s a little rough around the edges but still very comfy and clean. Good size for three adults, would be a bit cramped with four. Loved having the fenced yard for our dog to run around in. Good location 10-15 mins walk from a lovely long stretch of beach with was normally empty - ideal for enjoying with your dog. Not much going on in Lake Conjola but it’s only a short drive to Milton, which is lovely, or Mollymook. Perfect for a quiet weekend to relax.
