Very clean. However we left a day early because the heating of the unit was inadequate. If winter bookings are to be successful the heating will need upgrading. Perhaps air conditioning.. also location photos suggested beach front location. It is ocean glimpses only.

We were happily surprised that this property more than met expectations. Comfy beds. Huge living area with the pull out bed in its own area. Great patio. Comfortably accommodates 6 as advertised. Water views too (more than glimpses but not expansive). Helpful hosts and east check in. Kitchen has everything you would need.

This apartment is on the ground level of a small, pretty apartment block, with all the home comforts, very comfy beds, and lock-up garage for a small car. From a large balcony there's a view of the ocean and an area of bushland immediately opposite, which birds love. The apartment is a long but pleasant walk to the shopping area in Ulladulla. Loved being there.

The house was dusty, had a build up of dust and dead bugs
The dustiness of the place set my allergies of hard. Was not happy with all the dead bugs in window sills. It was obvious the place has not been used alot by the musty smell of the place being closed up. Overall the location was beautiful but the accommodation not amazing

Great Coastal Getaway
A quiet, immaculate, spacious and well appointed unit in a small attractive complex with pleasant water views. Ideal for those who are self-contained and want to relax with privacy whilst also able to drive or take easy walks to the Ulladulla or Mollymook. Very short walking distance to the beach too.

For those who like comfort
Beautifully set up unit with great furniture, spacious rooms etc. You can see the ocean from the front porch area where we had lunch. Bush across the road and a short walk to steps down to a cliff side beach. A garage too. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Convenient, comfortable and well-priced base
The apartment is located between Ulladulla and Mollymook. It is close to both Ulladulla and Mollymook Golf Club - but preferable to drive. The ground floor 2 Bed apartment had its own entrance (a plus). Both bedrooms had excellent beds and good ceiling. fans and luggage racks Bathroom and kitchen were spacious and well appointed (though the fridge exterior had some minor scuffing). The lounge/dining area was, like the bedrooms, carpeted, spacious and comfortable and the balcony generous, with outlook to a bush park. Complex and area were very quiet. Very minor points: information was lacking in booking and on arrival on the departure/checkout process. A small booklet in the apartment on checkout, garbage arrangements, local eateries etc would be useful.The apartment decor and style is very suburban - it is far from a beach house, but it does not purport to be and suited us very well as a base.

Seaside escape offering comfort and value for money
Beautifully presented, spacious apartment. A credit to the owner for maintaining a well appointed apartment luxury linen, well appointed appliances. The location to the beach and cafes was a highlight and relaxing on the patio taking in the blossoming garden was delightful for our elderly parents. We were impressed by the secure parking and isolation from the busy traffic and holiday crowds. We will plan a return it’s a fabulous getaway spot.
