The owners were rude, the pool was out of order but looks like it’s been for months. We had a lot of dust on our ceiling fans that we didn’t want to use it. We had to take our own rubbish out otherwise the terms and conditions say you get charged. The lock on the door wasn’t locking properly. Even the owner knew and was trying to show us a trick on how to lock it properly. Did not feel safe leaving valuables there

We like to show all guests how to use everything when you check-in including how the door locks easily and securely. The fan was clean and there is also a reverse cycle air-conditioner which also has a fan to bring in fresh air so you can choose your temperature. The cleaning is explained on the booking page before you booked along with the check-in instructions, which if you followed wouldn't have made you appear so guilty and the course for my concern. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay. You will be asked to provide the property with a copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Mobile payments are not accepted.
