Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsPersonnel vraiment très accueillant. Chambre de belles dimensions pour le prix avec petit dej énorme inclus et parking gratuit. Grande salle de bains (toilettes dans la sdb). Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors.

The staff on desk that checked us in was lovely , all staff polite as well , gorgeous location , only thing lacking was in spa if staff where busy no one to ask about the type of treatments and what they involved , no drinks service also in pool area which would have been nice

The location, overlooking Lake Windermere is outstanding. The staff were helpful and efficient. The only negative was that there were large groups staying and they were given priority for dining options. We were unable to eat in the Lake view restaurant, which is a feature of the hotel, for any of our meals.

The hotel it’s self was nice and breakfast was nice. However the room was poor. No fridge and tele was tiny. And the room was really dated . The down stairs was nice

We had a lovely stay at the Lakeside Hotel and Spa, on the whole the hotel was clean and well presented although the windows and window frames needed a good clean inside and out. We found the food to be very good and the staff were all pleasant. The pool area was fabulous.

Not enough breakfast options. Small portions. Inconsistencies with the staff. Some staff offered some tables things (i.e water for the table, toast with breakfast ect) but not others.( staff being forgetful) For the price of the meal and the added staff gratuity
... the food is not worth it.

This was a beautiful hotel. We went for my partners birthday and could not fault the hotel. The staff were lovely and the food was tremendous. Would absolutely love to go back
