Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was very pleasant, Colin the owner made us feel very welcome and was knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean and the breakfast set you up for the day ahead. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely stay

Colin the owner is a really personable guy with lots of time for you and a wealth of local knowledge even giving us an easy walking route to an eatery we would never have found for ourselves.
Room and bed was comfortable and breakfast was both freshly cooked and plentiful.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we find we are in the area

Short one night stay
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsWe attended a friends wedding at Townhead Estate which was a 5 minute journey by taxi. Colin greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast and a selection of cereal and fruit was available for breakfast the following morning. Room was a good size.

Lakeside overnight stay
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsVery close to the beautiful Lakeside landing and lots of easy walks close by. Friendly helpful host who even carried our case upstairs for us. Great cooked to order breakfast. A quaint very old house.It was handy being able to park outside.

We had a very comfortable night here. Colin is the perfect host, he was friendly, happy to chat and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and good quality food. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend this place.
