The accommodation is divided into a family room with a sofa bed and a sleeping loft with room for two people.
Smaller kitchen with the possibility to prepare delicious dinners. Terrace is also available with a fantastic view of the sea.

Here in Svartviken, there is magic in the water and the jetty that follows the edge of the sea. Sit down and enjoy the fantastic view and the play between sun and water. Here you are close to everything the soul needs. Go to the nearby restaurant and mouth some good food from the sea. Take excursions with canoes, helicopters, bike tours or go down to the beach.
Sitting on the jetty and watching the sun disappear into the sea, while grilling and drinking something good is really something for the connoisseur of life.

Feel free to visit Umeå, the city of birches. Here there is a large selection of entertainment and shopping as well as other activities that match most wishes.
Everything from museums and hiking trails to dining experiences and islands for both sun and swimming.
If you are interested in art, there is the art tunnel, which is adjacent to Umeå Central Station and is a very attractive place to visit.
You can also take the ferry out to Holmön and enjoy its beautiful surroundings, eat a good meal and hike in wonderful surroundings.
